Since I’m in the middle of my exams (1 done, 3 to go! 🤓🍀), I’ve tried to make a post especially for all the students amongst you. The number one thing I crave when I need to study;
coffee, I mean: a super healthy detox smoothie! 😉
I’m way too addicted to coffee, and my teeth & dentist & stomach don’t like that. Therefore I decided to turn my habits upside down and grab something healthy instead of coffee/Red Bull/loads of sugar. + Since I spend my days during my exams mostly inside eating nothing nourishing, my skin can def use an extra portion of vitamins as well. Besides that; my brain needs. a. break.!!! so an extra load of vitamins won’t harm. 😴
So, what wonder drugs do you need for this detox smoothie?
🍌 banana (extra energy boost💥)
🥒 cucumber (💦 hydratation on fleek)
🥑 avocado (to protect your beloved skin 💞)
🌱 spinach (to boost your immune system ✔️)
🍇 blueberries (cures heart aches (caused by love troubles or stress 😉))
Yeah, I’m not going to tell you all the different steps of making a smoothie, since I hope you know your basics, right? ‼️okay, just to be sure (maybe the huge amount subjects you need to pump into your brain, have washed your basic skills away): wash your veggies, slice your veggies, blend you veggies and drink your veggies. ‼️
The best is yet to come: this smoothie is so low in calories, it’s ridiculous. It still gives you the feeling that you ate though, so no need for ‘oversnacking’ while studying! 😜
